These terms govern your use of rippleup.in and any campaigns arranged through Ripple Up. By submitting a sign-up form or otherwise using this site, you agree to the terms below.
Ripple Up is a platform that connects local businesses with local Instagram creators for marketing collaborations. At this stage, Ripple Up is in an early pilot phase — connections between businesses and creators may currently be facilitated manually by our team rather than through a fully automated system.
You must be at least 18 years old to sign up as a business or creator, and the information you submit should be accurate and about yourself or a business you're authorized to represent.
Ripple Up helps introduce businesses and creators to each other. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from a collaboration — including follower growth, sales, content quality, or that a match will happen at all. Any agreement on deliverables, timelines, or payment for a specific campaign is between the business and the creator involved.
During this pilot phase, payment terms for any collaboration are agreed directly between the business and the creator, with Ripple Up's involvement limited to facilitating the introduction. As the platform develops, Ripple Up may introduce a formal escrow or payment system — this policy will be updated when that happens.
Ripple Up is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from a collaboration arranged through the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may remove or decline to work with any business or creator who provides false information, behaves unprofessionally, or otherwise misuses the platform.
We may update these terms as Ripple Up develops. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction over any disputes.
